At Ajneriya Foundation, we support women from rural and underprivileged communities by giving them skills, confidence, and opportunities to grow. Our programs focus on skill training, menstrual hygiene awareness, employment creation, and self-defense workshops—helping women overcome barriers and move toward independence.

At Ajneriya Foundation, our Women Empowerment programs focus on improving the quality of life for women and girls through meaningful initiatives. We provide menstrual hygiene support, self-defense training, skill development, employment opportunities, and health awareness sessions — ensuring women have the confidence, strength, and resources to shape their own future.
Each program is designed to uplift, educate, and empower women at every stage of life.
We set up sanitary pad production units in rural communities, giving women meaningful employment while ensuring access to affordable menstrual products. Our team distributes free sanitary pads to young girls and women, especially in areas where menstrual hygiene remains a silent struggle. Along with distribution, we conduct awareness sessions to educate communities about hygiene, health, and the importance of using safe menstrual products — helping women experience their periods with dignity and confidence.
Safety is every woman’s right, and we aim to strengthen that right through free self-defense workshops. We train women and girls in practical, easy-to-learn techniques that help them stay confident in public spaces and daily life. These sessions build awareness, boost self-esteem, and teach women how to protect themselves in uncomfortable or unsafe situations. By equipping them with these essential skills, we empower women to move fearlessly toward education, work, and independence.
Through our livelihood initiatives, we help women secure sustainable income sources that uplift their households. We collaborate with local industries, small businesses, and community groups to provide women with job placements, project-based work, and entrepreneurial guidance. By supporting women in earning their own income, we not only strengthen their financial stability but also increase their voice and decision-making power within the family and community.
Through workshops, group activities, and mentorship programs, we help women develop leadership qualities and build the confidence needed to participate fully in society.
